Rewires

A partial or complete replacement of your home's electrical wiring is called an electrical rewire.  If the wiring is more than 25 years old or has been damaged, rewires are typically necessary.  If you would like a quote or have any questions, please get in touch with us.

ElCRS / Landlord Certficates

This is one of the main sectors we specialise in we can issue an electrical inspection condition report for homeowners, landlords and letting agents in the rental sector.  Additionally, we can complete the remedial works required for the property to pass, recitiying any electrical issues within this process.

24/7 Callouts / Fault Finding

Contact us to schedule an appointment to visit your property if you have an electrical issue that needs to be fixed right away, we are on call 24/7 and work weekends.  We can swiftly and effectively diagnose and resolve any electrical issues thanks to our extensive testing capabilities, specialised equipment and experience in fault finding.

Consumer Unit / Fuse Board Upgrades 

We can supply and fit a new consumer units/fuse boards if you're existing one is at the end of its life or you simply just want an upgrade. This package will include the consumer unit to undergo testing, resulting in the relevant paperwork and certfication. 

Additonal / Upgrading sockets

We will be able to safely add or upgrade your socket outlets for you if necessary.  Typically in older homes there are not enough socket outlets and this can be a nuisance or in somecases even dangerous or introduce a hazard therefore, needing attention urgently.  Furthermore, you may need outdoor socket outlets for outdoor equipment such a as jetwash or hedge trimmer. 

Additional / Upgrading lighting

Everything from straightforward pendants to large chandeliers and outdoor lighting, this can be a complete new install or additions to the exisiting lighting systems. 

Burglar / Ring Alarms

Looking to upgrade your security system we can supply and fit a new alarm system of your choice or carry out repairs to your exisiting system.

CCTV / Ring Camera Security Systems

We can provide additional security and safety to your property with the additon of a cctv or ring camera system of your choice. This can include a fresh new install, additional cameras to an exisiting system or reparing/diagnostics of an existing system.

Showers

A fully operational shower is a basic need, if your shower needs replacing or upgrading we can supply and fit a range of showers, finding the best one which would suit you and your needs.  We also can repair the wiring to the shower if required or install a fresh new wiring if required.   

Cookers

Like showers, cookers are one of those things you cant live without.  We are happy to supply and fit cookers or repair existing cookers we can also repair the wiring running to cooker or install a fresh new cable if required.
